The incredibly soft water-soluble chalk provides artists with a full range of shades and values. Depending on water use, you can create light translucent tones or rich dark strokes. The water-soluble chalk can also be used dry as a drawing medium by itself and is erasable. You can use the pigment block like a pan of watercolor and pick up color with a wet brush or mix blocks to create different colors.
